Guests have full access to utilize the properties accomodations including the 4 bedrooms, all main areas of the home including kitchen, living area, dining area, outdoor decks, and garage. Additional room for private dining and additional accommodations can be rented for an additional fee.

Prior to check-in, guests must communicate with our team by filling out our guest information form which provides their entire guest list along with a valid government ID for the primary guest on the reservation and a signed rental agreement. Upon receiving the required documents, guests will receive the access information to the property at the time of check-in. Our team can be reached via phone, email, or app during the stay for any questions.

The property allows up to 5 cars with the rental. The property has a 2 car garage available for use. Garage must be kept closed when not being used.

$500 security deposit will be collected if any damage is done to the property or if any house rules or policies are broken during the stay including unaccounted guests or pets. Additional homes on the mountain available to rent for groups larger than 16 looking to stay near each other. Weddings, corporate retreats, and organizations welcome to inquire for events! Pets must be added to the reservation at an additional fee.
