About this apartment rental
This king suite has a private bathroom located off the bedroom. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, coffee maker and more. We are a boutique motel with a pool, bikes, kayaks, paddle board, fishing dock, grills and more. We also have beach chairs and wagons available on a first come basis. We are located on the north end of Clearwater Beach and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Each unit has a single vehicle parking spot at no additional charge.

Everything was amazing! The location was great, only a 6 minute walk to the beach! Lots of things to do and places to eat near by! Willl definitely come back!!

Pictures on website had us expecting a much larger condo. It is small! However, once you get over the initial shock, you will find everything you need inside for a great stay. Bed was comfy, shower was great, kitchen was well appointed. We either ate in for every meal, or prepared a lunch for when we went out for activities. Beach is easy 5 minute walk, as is downtown shopping and dining. 2 large Weber gas grills on property were great. Pool was heated, felt like your bathtub.Only interaction with property manager was to change out a coffee maker. Quickly taken care of. We arrived 45 mins early, but check-in was no problem.

Listing was accurate! Great location on North end of beach. Four block walk to the beach and another block to restaurants. Heated pool was nice as well as the dock to boat watch. Bathroom a little tight but well decorated and clean. Would go back again!
