CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

Location was perfection. Property overall was great. I usually prepare at least 2 meals a day myself when we travel, but this was a short trip so I only planned sandwiches and a small breakfast. I was glad thats all I planned because the kitchen was too small for much more. Very little kitchen storage. My one recommendation would be to give guests a property map so we know where all of the amenities are. It was only because of another guest that we finally found the indoor pool.

The stay was excellent. View of the ocean was superb. Location was perfect with easy walks to different beachfront bars.

The best part of the condo by far was the spacious sundeck balcony. However, the million dollar view was tainted secondary to a kitchen furnished from the dollar tree. Melted utensils, rusted pans. The coffee pot was not the quality I would have expected. The hot plate was rusted. The size of the room was as expected, the floors were a bit dirty.The resort itself was a bit dingy and dirty.The outdoor water amenities were not operational for the first three days of our stay. The pillows on the bed are flat and did not provided support.
