About this house rental
This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath pet friendly home sits on its' own spectacular waterfront peninsula with over an acre of land! Both bedrooms are on the upper level. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath with shower, spectacular water views and private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size murphy bed, ensuite bath with tub and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is room for the whole family to enjoy the gorgeous views from every direction. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig. The open floor plan flows beautifully into the living and dining area with ample seating. Fireplace in living is non working and for decoration only. There is however, an inviting outdoor fire pit for your pleasure. The lovely screen in porch expands your living space. The private dock is perfect for an afternoon of fishing, sunbathing or simply relaxing. There is an outside shower for cleaning up prior to preparing your catch on the charcoal grill. This gorgeous home on Bay River as well as Ball Creek welcomes the entire family to kick back, relax and enjoy the best that Merritt has to offer! Perfect for bird watching and regular dolphin sightings!

The place was just as we had visioned. The quiet calm was just what we were looking for during our stay. The house was clean and the school of dolphins that came by on Friday was a great way to start the day. We would definitely lke to visit again in the future
