Centrally located, minutes away from all the fun that Englewood has to offer. This is Unit B of the duplex, so if you need more room it’s there. Both units are newly renovated from ground up, everything brand new.

Clean. Communication with host was a bit lacking and/or delayed, both prior to arriving, and during stay. TV remote was missing, notified host on day one, a replacement was brought on day 2. A simple binder of how to use some of the higher tech features would have been useful to those of us unfamiliar. Have to agree with previous reviewers that the toilet paper was very thin (we bought different), and that when you take a shower you end up with water splatter all over the bathroom floor (design flaw). In a nice area, easy to get to and find.

The only thing this place needed was a mixing bowl and the shower door needs to be 6-8 inches wider to prevent water from getting all over the floor. Everything was clean and functional. Despite having close neighbors, it was very quiet. They did a great job using the space available to fit everything you need to have a comfortable space.

Nice 2-Bedroom duplex in Englewood, FL. Plenty roomy, nice rear porch with privacy, nice shared backyard for the kids. Modern shower with great water pressure (Owner is adding an additional shower panel to prevent floor-splashing.

We had a wonderful trip to Florida. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and spacious for our group of three. We were close to grocery stores and a dollar store. Nice drive to blind pass beach. Would stay again.
