The home was clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located (not far from the airport). I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Charlotte.

Windows were all unlocked-leaving opportunities for people to come in upstairs and downstairs; no extra blankets to accommodate temperature concerns for anyone in 3 sleeping option area-lots of task assigned to say there was an added cost for housekeeping; water didn’t work on the fridge

Clipped toenails in the carpet of the master bedroom and deadbolt on the back door not functional, but remainder of house was clean and well appointed.
