About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg,
surrounded by gorgeous Mountain Views,
cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with
ample parking cannot be more perfect.
Despite of being in the heart of bustling
town, it provides privacy and escape from
the noise of the city.
Spacious living room and a full size kitchen
makes a perfect setting for an ideal family
vacation. Walking distance to EVERYTHING
in town: restaurants, hiking, attractions,
shops, etc. A specious 2 bedroom one level house with an attached garage ( no garage door). The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, toaster and more.
A large dining table seating 6 is in the kitchen with additional folding table and chairs available upon request.
Cozy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace, comfortable couch, which also folds out into a queen size bed and a love seat. We have many board games for those rainy days and some books.
Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, very convenient for families with children. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is attached to the master bedroom.
Two bedrooms, one has two full size beds the other has a king size bed.
The property is fenced in and there are cameras on the outside only facing the parking lot and the garage for our guests safety. We own the whole property and both buildings on it. There is a two story building on the same parking lot, it has monthly rentals as well as overnight rentals in it.
Please note, pets are welcome. We do charge pet fees of $175/ stay. We allow up to 2 pets

We rented this condo May 29th -June 1st. The condo was just like the pictures on the site. It was very clean, had everything you needed & the beds were very comfortable. The living room & kitchen are plenty big to have family game time & others could watch tv or just hang out. We were not even 2 full blocks from downtown. It was great to just walk to attractions, shopping & plenty of restaurants to choose from. The host, Masha, was quick in sending all the info you would need. She is very friendly & easy to text or call if you needed anything. We will come back here to stay again. We highly recommend this location to rent

The location was excellent for being able to walk to all the shops and not have to search for parking. The home was clean and quiet, and the hostess has great communication. The snacks were a hit with our hungry teenage boys. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

The host was wonderful. She answered every question and made us feel so welcome. The property was exceptionally clean and the furnishings were perfect. Best place we have ever stayed in Gatlinburg. We hope to book again. We had a group of 7 and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations.
