๐ GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where youโll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, youโll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driverโs license and a selfie (donโt worry โ itโs super simple!).
๐ HOUSE RULES
These are all no-brainers but we donโt want any confusion, so weโre gonna state the obvious:
โ no smoking (for real)
โ no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
โ no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
๐ธ OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
โข $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.
โ ๏ธ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.

No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! Thatโs why we provide a supply starter kit โ to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Note: Age Requirement and Security Deposit Policy
Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $750 security deposit or proof of damage insurance prior to check-in.
This policy is in place to ensure the protection and care of our properties. The deposit will be fully refundable after checkout, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages occurred during the stay.

This was a great location and very comfortable. We were in Nashville with a large group (30 people) and the houses were spacious and comfortable. We loved the rooftop view. The host was also incredibly responsive. Would recommend!
