The space is a brand new completely renovated king bedroom with eat in kitchen and completely remodeled bathroom. Beautiful peaceful deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Small creek on the property along with groomed walking trails. 1 mile from your first winery, many restaurants and about 10 miles from the heart of Watkins glen. Peaceful and private. 1 mile from finger lakes national forest. Perfect for hiking and bird watching. Kayaking and boating within 10 miles.

My girlfriend and I decided a little trip for our anniversary would be nice. We found and booked the renovated barn and loved it. It was so cozy and relaxing. Very clean and pretty up to date. Perfect for a couple to have some time away and reconnect. Highly recommend. Tamara, the host, was great as well. Communication was effortless.

This property is fantastic! Clean, quiet and minutes away from some of the best places around Seneca Lake. It deserves more attention from renters!

Outlets didn't work, frig wasn't cold when we got there. My husband checked it out GFCI outlets needed reset. Driveway to property full of potholes.
We had bottom unit. You could hear every footstep and noise from upper unit. Bottom level has a laundry room for owner. Heard this noise.
Location was good, unit looked nice but had issues.
