A previous client left a bag of dirty clothes in the closet and the Body Wash Dispenser in the Shower was completely empty.The Host was unreachable by phone or email - I was clueless as to how we could connect before, during and evening as we were leaving the property. I had to contact Vrbo to get vital information. (the help from Vrbo was great!) the property is outstanding1

Great House and a walk into downtown Monroe. Chris is very easy to communicate with and gets back to you with any questions. Great backyard to sit and relax. Would recommend!

The house is very nice and in great shape, There is FoodLion grocery store right next door. The cute small town of Monroe is within blocks. The backyard is great. Kitchen is well appointed. Beautiful house. Could use some more blankets and there are zero clothes bureaus. The host was very responsive but couple things. Host asked upon reservations for copy of drivers license that I declined. Most concerning was access code was changed precisely at checkout time of 10:00 am. There was no warning and we were lucky to not be locked out when loading car. Wrote host asking if code changed and received no answer. Maids appeared promptly at 10:00 am too.
