great neighborhood. On site help from Renee was great. Our host was MIA. When we arrived for 2 weeks there was no bottled water, 2 towels. No coffee, 2 rolls toilet paper. We went to store and got what we needed, No help from host. hot water sketchy. no water pressure. No air conditioning. One fan broken, Washer and dryer were great. pretty spartan unit
