Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.
This rental features:
-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV
-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided
-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four

Loved the location as it was near beach and pool access! Our family loved the pool the most! Would recommend a deep clean as several areas were dusty. Kitchen was stocked with lots of choices of pots and pans. Also, loved that they had beach toys for the kids on back deck! Great option for family vacation! Thank you!

We found the home in fine condition with all of the features listed.Clean and well provisioned.Private patio with grill and proximity to beach were a plus.Communication with host was exemplary.I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

This was an older property but well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot and had great pressure. It was motorcycle week and we were surrounded with noisy motorcycles both early in the morning and again late at night. This was not anything the owners were responsible for however. The owner (Lily) was very responsive to my questions and I appreciated her quick replies. The property manager (Amber) went above and beyond helping us. We did not have tv connection and she came over on her day off no less and spent over an hour fixing the problem. She continued to contact us and see if we were experiencing any problems. Her kindness went a long way in making our vacation a pleasant one. Kudos to Amber!
