There is a family mini-golf barely a half a block from the house. Waterville is less than a mile away. You can easily walk to a dozen restaurants within two blocks. A very nice Publix grocery store and a neighborhood Walmart is just a few miles away. Instacart is amazing and Publix does a fantastic job of home delivery! This is a terrific place for a friends or family gathering!
