The complex – consisting of the main unit that houses the kitchen, laundry room and two double bedrooms with shower along with the nearby outbuilding where the third bedroom with private bathroom is located – represents a typical architectural example of the culture and tradition of the place, restored to its original charm thanks to the recently-completed and painstaking restoration. These cozy indoor and outdoor rooms have air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, 3 TVs, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, espresso machine and American coffee maker, wine cellar, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking. Ideal for relaxing holidays in contact with nature, Zigulì is also an excellent base to easily reach the nearby historic town of Noto and the beautiful beaches of Noto Marina, Calamosche and San Lorenzo. You can take a short drive to reach the Vendicari and Marzamemi Nature Reserve, Syracuse, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla.
