Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community.
Boats are not allowed.
A penalty fee will be applied for breaking the rules.

We offer a starter kit as a courtesy:
• 2 Toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 Small shampoo per bathroom
• 1 Small soap bar per bathroom
• 2 Trash bags
• 1 Dish soap
• 1 Sponge

• 1 Paper towel
• Coffee powder
• Coffee filter
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 Laundry detergent
* The quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Our stay was everything we were looking for.
We would like more TVs in the bedroom and a curtain @ the sliding doors. We will stay again.

First we were told the dryer didn’t work with no options. Then after I complained I was finally allowed to use a small unit that was the owners which I was not offered at first. Then our bathroom door was locked so some man walksd in wirh no shoes and unlocked if. Then the wifi would not work and I was told the company would need to come out with no timeline. The next day someone got the internet company on phone and my son in law fixed it. The bathroom fixtures were missing and the pool had alot of sand in it. It was just chaos. After the first 24 hours of chaos we enjoyed our stay but I feel like the management group needs to step up their process a little
