First of all I have re-booked this property for next year. It's wonderful! Grandkids, kids & Gramps & Granny were all very happy with this rental. Lots of restaurants, shopping and everything you need within 5 miles or less.
Here are the first world problems I experienced: 1. the internet was down for about 30 hours on the 2nd & 3rd days. Probably the ISP.
After the Reservations Lady assured us we wouldn't be charged for the BBQ & other items I was charged on my Amex. I called back during business hours and was issued a credit. The same day. The place is a bit pricy, but it is a good value. Close enough to the parks and a nice, safe, place to stay! We're coming back

The rating would have been higher but due to cleanliness this is what we feel.
Issues
Sliding doors only 1 side could be used which was not clean, runners were black, and the closing at first does not close fully.
Dust on top of fridge thick.
Dust on top of TV in downstairs bedroom.
Under bed was also dusty.
Bath tub was dusty and on sills.
Stair rails were dirty.
We did go round and clean when we arrived.
Overall the villa was fine but to keep standards cleanliness should be maintained.
