5 acre gated country home with fishing pond and Hot tub on deck. Beautifully landscaped grounds with large shade trees. Amenities include wrap around porch, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grills (gas grill and Charcoal/wood), kayaking, fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. 3 large bedrooms with well appointed furnishings. Television in Living area and Master Bedroom. High speed internet, ROKU, well equipped kitchen. Hot tub on deck for stargazing, very private location to get away from it all. Property borders large high fenced ranch to view exotics from the front porch.

Peaceful country setting with beautiful pecan trees and nature sounds instead of traffic, horns etc.Home away from home, kitchen cookware, dishes, utensils were like new. Nice to have a fridge with an ice maker, beds were very comfortable. Liked that the owner was very welcoming, responsive and accommodating. The grand kids loved fishing with their grandpa while there. Close enough to Brenham if you need an ice cream fix along with a tour at the Blue Bell Creamery. We will stay there again when in the area.

As other reviews have said, this is a wonderful home in the country. Clean, comfortably and wonderfully furnished, well stocked, peaceful, yet close to Sealy, Bellville, and Katy. I enjoyed fishing the pond daily (catch and release). We loved all the birds singing songs. We enjoyed a trip to shop Bellville. Church, brunch, and even a local festival. Friday night took us into Katy for a formal dinner, then some live music at Wildcatter Saloon. Quiet, private, yet close by. Tom (host) is very welcoming and ensured we had no issues needing attention. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

This was our 2nd time stay here snd we absolutely love this property. It has evetything we need. Close enough to stores, but isolated enough to give you that relaxation we much seek. Tom is always a text/call aeay and very responsive.
