Welcome to Eva on West Alamo.....sister to Myona on Alamo directly next door. A lovingly restored and updated 1920's craftsman style 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage literally steps from downtown Brenham. Beautifully lit backyard that is perfect for spending time with friends and family. Enjoy all that Brenham and historic Washington County has to offer from this gorgeous home base. Wonderful restaurants, wine bars and shopping are just up the street!
Lovingly restored in the Spring of 2022, this period craftsman is the best of new and old combined. Exposed shiplap that dates back over 100 years marries beautifully with the new modern touches inside the house. Enter into the large living area that moves right into a dining area which seats 10 comfortably on bespoke benches created from 80 year old cypress trees. Everything was great. The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and with super comfortable beds. The amenities had everything you could want and then some. We definitely hope to stay again next year.

Great location. The house is cute just like the pictures show. The host was very responsive. Extra effort was put into a great guest experience. We would stay again.
