The Space:
Come and experience the peaceful mountain retreat tucked away in the woods of the Blue Ridge Mountains Step inside and you will be instantly transported to a cozy and comfortable living space on the left and a sweet, homey kitchen on your right, each detail of the cottage decorated with care and style. Unwind in one of the two inviting bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and full bath, or take some time to relax and appreciate the views of the picturesque landscape surrounding you from the comfort of the spacious front deck. Whether it’s a family getaway or just some time to relax on your own, the Fern Cottage will make any experience extraordinary.

Located in a private community atop a mountain.
Other Things to Note:
1 - NO Pets allowed. If we find pet hair or other evidence of pets, you will be charged a $250 fee for excess cleaning. This is due to owner severe allergies.
2 - Absolutely NO Smoking, smoking will incur a penalty fee of $250
3 - Please do not move furniture
4 - Keep it clean. When you leave it should look the same as you entered, with the exception of bed linens and towels
5 - Remember it's our home, so treat it with respect
6 - The small Weber grill is charcoal.

We had a wonderful time with our stay at the Fern Cottage....will certainly share it is a perfect place to visit. The surroundings had lots of terrific food, shops and entertainment.

The Fern Cottage was very nice and cozy. It was perfect for a romantic getaway. The community was small and very quiet. The owner met my wife and I as we pulled up and offered his driveway to park since the driveway to the cottage is tight for a pickup truck. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would recommend the Fern Cottage to my friends and family.
