The apartment itself was plain and a bit tired, but the location was great, as was having a free parking spot. Very safe area and 24 hour security. The pool was excellent - like a warm bathtub by our last day there. Never did find the sauna. If I could, Iโd rate the apartment a 3 and the Royal Kuhio building a 5.
