About this cabin rental
Adorable cottage in a park-like setting located at Do Drop Inn Cabin Rentals adjoining the Blue Ridge Parkway. Two miles from Fancy Gap restaurant and shops. Nearby is Blue Ridge Music Center, Mabry Mill, New River Trail Park, Doughton Park and Mt. Airy N. C. This great little getaway features one bedroom with a full bed and one bathroom w/ shower. Small kitchen a front porch that was built to make you relax with a stream running by that makes for an affordable cozy getaway! Local TV reception in the unit. Cabin features two fans No Air Conditioning .Creek Side is like being in your on nature preserve with pristine landscaping, outdoor grills and walking trail.
NO WIFI OR CABLE TV NO, AIR CONDITIONING not recommended for individuals with difficult walking since it is down hill gravel trail from parking area.
Damage Charges: The vacation cabin will be inspected after each tenant’s departure. If damages other than normal ware and tear are found, you will be notified immediately of the costs for resolving them. These costs may include, but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, or in-cabin smoking, etc. LIMIT 7 NIGHT STAY.

Creek Side cabin was just as charming as our first visit and we will continue to return.The peacefulness - trickling spring/creek, birdsong and the wind in the trees - immediately relaxes us. We love the cosiness inside and the carrot cake that awaits us.Susie is kind and considerate.Each visit, a doe has casually walked down the trail directly in front of the porch in the morning. She stops just beyond the steps - then walks onward. A nice way to start the day. Just an all around lovely place to rest and simply ... be.

Things sometimes happen for a reason and pivots were made and my parents were able to spend a wonderful time at Laurel Thicket, will have to come back and try Creekside for another weekend getaway soon!
