This two bedroom, one and a half bath cozy cottage is all yours to enjoy. It abuts another unit, however is private and quiet. The front patio will be a source of many relaxing moments, totally private, and only for your use. This previous family home is the pride and joy of its owners.

The house was clean, the parking on the street was next to a bush so it was a little hard for the passenger to get in and out of the car. The host was quick to respond to my questions.

House could use some TLC updates, nicer linens, a towel rack and better shower supplies. But you can't beat the price, and overall value was good for the size of the property. Quiet neighborhood, not fancy, off the beaten path, 15 min drive to downtown,
