Located in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, a few kilometres from the village of Monterchi, Villa Ilina is a lovely eighteenth century villa with a private swimming pool. Close to shops, bars and restaurants in Monterchi and within driving distance of the art cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence, this is a perfect base for friends and families to discover and experience Tuscany from.

The 500 square meter villa develops over 3 levels.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a lounge area (with sofa, armchairs and access to the garden) and a dining area (with a dining table and chairs for 12 people). Next to the dining area you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs and access to the garden).

On the first floor you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, wash basin and bidet) and private balcony (with armchairs). One twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and wash basin). Outside, you will find a large, well-kept garden surrounded by trees and a rose garden. The garden is on two levels. Next to the villa on the upper level, you will find an Al fresco dining area (with dining table and chairs) and on the lower level (reached via steps) you will find a private swimming pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.5 m; open 05 Apr - 25 Oct) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and Jacuzzi (hot water; on request).
