This was an excellent place to stay. Very quiet. The whole place was very clean and well furnished. The bed was very large and comfortable.We talked to Rian through email and finally met him. He is nice and very easy to work with.The view! You cannot beat it. You can sit out on the deck or walk a little closer to sit in the chairs on the lawn to see the ocean. Also, the view from the kitchen area is great!It is also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping or the beach. We plan on coming back.

Location, Location, location!! Stunning beach views, walkable to Nye Beach and close drive to everything else! Rian was great to communicate with and the cottage had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. If in Newport again, we'd definitely stay here!

Incredibly cute condo with an amazing view! It was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and provided a homey stay for our vaction. The hosts go above and beyond with providing bathroom necessities, teas, cocoas, coffees, board games, puzzles, umbrellas and much more! Cant wait to stay here again, our new favorite stay!
