About this apartment rental
One of a kind hilltop hide away! Amazing, cozy studio condo with great indoor outdoor space flow. A beautiful place to call home in Alta Vista! Private rooftop patio with plunge pool & in pool dining area. This spot makes a great get away for a couple looking to reconnect, or the solo traveller wanting a great place to relax & recharge.
Alta Vista is an incredible local vibrant neighbourhood with a great mix of historic & new developments. Markets & Shops are just a few minutes walk down the road a couple of blocks, and Basilio Badillo is just 5 mins walk away with all of it's shopping and restaurants. The nightlife is just past Basilio Badillo as well about an 8 minute walk to many great bars catering to everyone. During periods of celebration in the year the neighbourhood is very active with festivities and can be loud with fireworks and music, but rich with food and great people.

The condo is lovely, just as shown in pictures. However the neighborhood is VERY noisy with roosters and dogs making loud noises all day and night. Toilet is very finicky and backed up numerous times during the week. Difficult walk up the street to the condo plus the 75 stairs to the 5th floor. Pool is great. Kitchen well equipped.

The place is beautiful and with gorgeous views. There is plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. Howrver, we encountered a few struggles.The wifi did not work the entire time, and because the cellular data was sketchy that made it difficult to plan much or communicate with the host.Also, the a/c was struggling in the heat. The curtains are (inexplicably) outside, so they kept blowing open when we tried to close them for shade. (However, I will add that we were there on a particularly hot weekend, so in more normal weather it would likely be perfect.)That said, it’s a beautiful apartment and very private. I would stay there again at the right time.
