- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.
- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The club house with a large pool was right by us to where I felt comfortable letting my kids walk to and from the pool and basketball court by themselves. The house itself is also only 20 minutes from all of the Disney parks as well!
