This true studio apartment has a queen size Murphy bed, large walk-in shower and in unit laundry. Perfect for short or extended stays. This unique space is located on the second floor of a historic building so please ask mobility related questions. Clean and comfortable, you will enjoy your stay .

This loft is perfect for a couple. The kitchen area was beautiful. It had everything you might need. If not there are plenty of places to eat out available. The living and bedroom area was extremely nice. It has a Murphy bed that we slept very comfortably in. There was a large sectional sofathat seemed brand new. The whole loft was beautifully designed. Four large windows looking out over the old Fort Madison train station and then out onto the Mississippi River. There are multiple trains that go by which we found so interesting and large barges along the river. The site said there are stairs to get to the second level which we were well aware of. If you have trouble with stairs beware. We had no trouble sleeping with the trains going by. I would totally recommend booking here and would love to stay here again!!

Our stay was fabulous! The unit was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and located in a convenient area with a great view of the river. It had everything we needed and was very quiet; just what we needed!We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect place to stay for a railfan! Right across from the tracks. Great communication with host. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Very clean. Highly recommend!!!
