Fantastic rental!!! Right on the ocean, with mostly enclosed back yard. (We just brought a child gate for the pathway to the beach, and placed an Adirondack chair across path to adjacent property, as long as your dog does well with visual barriers, this is perfect) The property was homey and well appointed, with it's own unique esthetic. It comes off as a user owner (vs pure investor owner) with all the wonderful additive touches that can only come from understanding how the property will actually be utilized. Things like body wash by outdoor showers, dog dish, flashlight by the back door with poop bags, bugs spray, charging station, laundry pods, throw blankets, even a new toothbrush....the list is actually exaustive. We watched the sunrise from the backyard every morning! Beautiful place to get away to, with plenty of restaurants and activities near by.
