Located in Indialantic, this lovely house for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy an uncrowded private beach with fresh ocean breezes along with a dose of vitamin D sunshine to help cure the doldrums of social distancing. This fabulous renovated and professionally decorated luxury townhome is a FAMILY VACATION or WINTER RESIDENT'S beach paradise! This unit is right out of a Coastal Living magazine. Enjoy posh surroundings just steps to one of the areas best beaches. Watch the sunrise and listen to the surf break in the beautifully appointed second floor master suite with a balcony and seating to enjoy the amazing view. Create a scrumptious meal in the kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This oceanfront retreat has 2 additional large bedrooms and baths all decorated with high end furnishings and linens. The Beach Shack has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Luxury and tranquility on one of the best beaches in central Florida conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The Kennedy Space Center is about 40 minutes away. Just around an hour and a half to Orlando and the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal). Sebastian Inlet is just a short drive south along scenic A1A. We use CDC guidelines to ready and disinfect the suite with special attention to high touch areas like door knobs, counter tops, light switches and chairs. We also have antiviral and antibacterial disinfectants like Lysol under the sink for your personal use during your stay. In addition we utilize self check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. We are dog friendly and love traveling with our dogs also. We charge $150 pet fee up to 2 dogs. Always use a leash, pick up, respect neighbors. County ordinance does not allow dogs on the beach.

Not your ordinary beach condo. We felt really pampered with the large Master Bedroom located upstairs with Plenty of space and 2 large sitting chairs to view the Atlantic just outside your window. The robes and slippers were a nice touch letting you sit outside on the balcony without getting too cold. We were there in Nov. for 5 days and the weather was both warm and cool. Never too hot. The appliances are top notch and there are plenty of condiments and spices. We could not figure out how to get the icemaker to work and never tried the TVs so I can't comment on that. Children (2) and 4 adults all had a very good time.

Great property! Nice, quiet location one street east of A1A, right on the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. With two bedrooms and baths upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs, it's a great size townhouse for a family with grandparents or for three couples traveling together. The owners even accommodated a late check out for us so we could have some beach time on our last day. We loved it and will be back!

Couldn't have asked for a better location walk out to the beach was very easy especially with a 16 month old active boy who just loved it. There were 3 couples and 2 small children we all had our own space having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very nice. The place had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals and beach chairs and cooler definitely came in handy. We were able to see adult turtles coming ashore and laying their eggs as well as baby turtles heading to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place for families the experience was by far one of our best beach trips we have had.

So close to the beach ! Quiet and not too crowded . Stocked with all the essentials . Lots of extra touches like bath supplies , extra beach towels, ice packs in the fridge , board games , and sand toys. We even saw sea turtles! A++ from this Ga family ! Thanks so much for having us !!

Master bedroom view AMAZING!! The location was perfect. Everything was clean. All the beds were comfortable. The only negative that I would give is the beach stuff which was either broken or old. But with that said it would not keep me from going back there again. It would also be nice if you could lock the glass door while you were at the beach. But I would still give it a five star.

This is the 3rd unit we have rented in the same townhome complex and this is by far the most welcoming, comfortable and well stocked home on the beach. Host was accommodating in every way and reacted to a small issue immediately. Indialantic is a hidden gem and we hope to return many more times in the future.

This wonderful Beach Shack (and "shack" it is not for it has every high-touch amenity and all the comforts of home!) is off the charts amazing. The location simply cannot be beat - it is truly ON the beach which means the sounds of the ocean are always soothing the senses and walks on the beach are mere steps from the back porch. It's also close to shopping, restaurants, grocery, etc. The whole place is beautifully appointed, very coastal but not at all kitschy. Beach supplies (chairs/towels), puzzles, games - it's all there. The kitchen has everything needed for entertaining on both large and small scale. Washer/dryer are top of the line (important as we stayed one month!). Of most importance to me - each of the bedrooms is absolutely dreamy! All beds are super comfortable. Pillows and linens fresh and clean. Bathrooms spacious and appointed with fluffy towels. Stocked toiletry/essentials closet with things you might need but never knew to pack. Hosts Dean and Patricia are super friendly and responsive. Our family will definitely be back! If you are looking at this property, don't hesitate to book. If there were six stars I'd give them all.

This is an amazing property! The views are the best. Walk out the backdoor onto the beach. It is well-decorated and well kept. A lot of thought goes into the details to make it the best time you will ever spend on a beach vacation.

We were attending our grandsons wedding this week. The location on the beach was great. Hearing the ocean waves was relaxing after a long day of wedding festivities. Thank you for sharing this little gem. The master bedroom up was elegant and comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking items necessary to prepare meals.

Place is remarkable. Location is of course amazing and perfect with steps to the beach and a perfect view. It is quiet and a nice distance from the town and other activities (restaurants, surf shop, etc.). Not too close but not too far. All of that makes it worth it. But then this place adds a little more. We have stayed at various rental properties around the country and this place is one of the nicest (if not THE nicest). There are many guest-centric upgrades from the owners. Games and beach toys for the kids (or adults?!). A very well equipped kitchen (the blender and hand mixer were nice touches). Comfortable beds. Exquisitely decorated. This place is one to return to. Thanks for making it a great spot.

Beautiful location with at-home feel condo units. The condos in this select are unique because the are two floor units right on the Atlantic not in high rises. Community is excellent and not overly busy. The owner was responsive when contacted.
