About this apartment rental
Warm and welcoming ADU apartment, located close to downtown (walkable) and right off the main highway 395. Washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen beds and 1 pull out couch. Large bathroom with shower only. Extra blackets and pillows provided. Outside porch has small table and chairs to enjoy.N umerous extra touches throughout apartment. Must stay! This is a downstairs apartment. It is accessed by a stairwell ( about 10 stairs).

Nice two bedroom, one bath unit. There was ample room for the 4 adults and two dogs that we had staying there. The kitchen table had two benches and two chairs. There was a sleeper sofa and two queen beds. Everything was clean. The light colors helped it feel less like a basement.

First impression is this unit is down in a burrow. Dark paint on entry stairs makes descending a bit dicey especially after dark. The apartment was very nicely decorated and light once you got in. Was surprisingly quiet for being on the highway downtown. Noted some wear and tear from previous guests (loose towel bar and chipped sink, crack in mirror) Shower was comfortable, beds fine, kitchen quite adequate.
