Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located 3-bedroom Condo located just off Rehoboth Avenue. This property is located within 5 blocks of Rehoboth’s boardwalk and Beach. Walk to all the great restaurants, bars, beaches, shoppes, and coffee shops. Great area for families to vacation. Bike trails are spectacular with amazing views. Public pickleball courts within one mile, basketball too, tennis courts, and huge playground for kids. Enjoy FunLand with the kids on the boardwalk. Amazing bike trails for your pleasure.

I stayed here on a girls’ trip with two of my best friends and we had the most lovely stay at this unit in the Gull House! They have everything you could need if you feel like saving money and staying in & cooking a meal or two, but are also pretty easy walking distance from so many great restaurants! About a 15-18ish minute walk to the beach (if not stopping at some super cute shops along the way!). Having 2 bathrooms is super clutch, and the living room area was so nice to come back to at the end of the day.

We enjoyed this condo on a quiet street one block off Rehoboth Ave. Plenty of room for our family. Having in unit laundry was a nice feature. Very clean and well appointed. We paid for the linen package and appreciated that it came with beach towels too. Easy to walk for food and to the park. Drove to the beach (too far for little legs & lots of stuff). Check in and out were very easy - stopping at the real estate office on the way in/out of town.
Only things I would note - there is a smart tv but no cable. Large vehicles do not fit into the covered parking space. The condo does not provide any paper products or cleaning supplies, so BYO *everything* (hand soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, dish sponge). The living room and master bedroom have newer air conditioners but the two other bedrooms have older units that are fairly loud - but they all work well.
