About this apartment rental
Palm I provides all the comfort you require, such as a flat screen color TV, a docking station for your iPod / iPhone, wireless broadband internet access and a comfortable sofa and armchairs. Very suitable for extended stays as well.
Sleeping and bathing
The bedroom has a double bed, separable into twin beds. Bed linen and soft towels are also provided.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower and a washbasin. You will also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The toilet is located separately from the bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cutlery, pots and pans, etc. are provided. Coffee, tea and Dutch “treacle waffles” are initially provided on a complimentary basis as well as the beverages in the refrigerator (soft drinks, mineral water and beer).

Beautiful apartment in Jordaan with very comfy bed, awesome shower and extra amenities such as stocked kitchen with really nice cups, plates plus a living space to sit and chill. Loved the fan and washer/dryer and proximity to everything and as two women, we felt very safe. One note of caution is if you are highly sensitive to smells (perfumes), ask hosts to please Not spray the carpet outside the door or rug inside—its over powering. One other note, the owners live directly across the hall. The door to the apartment itself does Not lock. Only the front door to the outside locks. I recommend adding a safe to the room. The hosts were fantastic! Highly recommend. Thanks for the Cokes and waters in fridge when we arrived. Might want to add directions in English on how to use washer dryer. And add a bike rack to outside. Again, love it and highly recommend! Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely return. Hosts were wonderful - communicative and available. Soft cozy beds - I usually like firm but slept perfectly well. Neighbourhood was quiet, with grocery stores nearby, transit options, and restaurants. Limited cooking facilities (only a microwave) and food storage if you plan on eating in a lot. There were welcome treats and drinks as well as coffee and tea supplies. Above and beyond! Owners live across the hall if there are any issues - but we had none!

So far this was the best VRBO I've stayed in by far. Very clean, roomy, wash machine and wonderful hosts.
