We enjoyed the close proximity to the falls and the backyard - would recommend and/or rent again in the future.

House was so very clean!! Also the supplies were plentiful and we were so happy to see coffee k-cups; All of the bathrooms had soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels. Everything was well-thought out.

The house was amazing and very clean. It was the perfect location for everything that we wanted to do. All my communication with the host was answered promptly and politely. Would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend it to others!

Inside okay. Enjoyed having all the extra bathrooms. What was lacking were supplies. Not enough toilet paper, for 12 people, had to go out & but it. Kleenex boxes already half empty. Not enough towels for 12 people. Supplies were very very sparing. For the price & they knew we had 12 people it should have been more accommodating. Front porch not attractive. Still had a Xmas wreath hanging. We came end of June. Attention to detail was lacking. The porch was not at all attractive & had no chairs to sit on. Spider webs on railing, not comforting. could have been cleaner. The outside patio was sloppy & messy. It needed a good cleaning, looked nothing like the picture. It was obvious the owner was no where around or lived in area to see how the place was left. Outside where it showed a large table in the picture was not like shown in picture. The table had mismatched chairs & the table needed a good cleaning. For all the restrictions the place had & the price go somewhere else that takes the time to check out there property to see if it is being taken care of. The only positive note I can say it was close to Clifton Park but the place is not being taken care of & no attention to detail for cleaners inside or out. It seems the cleaning crew did as little as possible & got paid for a sloppy job. We r use to staying in clean places.
