Overall family friendly experience. My husband and I loved the pool and our son appreciated working out with the fitness equipment. Beds were comfortable and Chase was friendly and accessible. I would caution parents of young children that the deck has some soft spots covered by an area rug and the yard itself needs a bit of upkeep. Neither of these are deal breakers just things to be aware of.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was nice and clean. The host was available and responded promptly to our needs. We went on a chilly weekend and the heated pool was nice and warm.

This house was OUTSTANDING and very family-friendly. The host has the best communication we have ever experienced. Any questions we had, were answered with 6 minutes or less. The only thing that would make this property better, would be a NOON check-out time. Especially for those of us who have small children and known that it takes more to motivate them when they wake up in the morning. Other than that, change nothing and keep being the great host that you are. 10/10.
