About this house rental
Beach and Boating home on North Hutchinson Island. Bring your boat, jet skis and surfboards. This three bedroom two bath home is located on a canal on the Indian River with access to the Ft Pierce inlet just minutes away. Fish, Dive, Swim in the pool, or relax at the beach while you enjoy your stay here. The home has one king bed, a queen beds, two twin beds. After a day on the water you can relax by the pool and grill out while you watch the sunset. There a dock you can fish off of and room to park up to a 35' boat while you stay. A quick walk down the street and you will be on the beach. We have gated access to the beach for the neighborhood. There is also the National Navy Seal Museum, the Jetty State Park, and Pepper county Park located on the island. This is a great family get away with fun options for everyone in the family.

Just a few suggestions. Need a new hose down at the dock area. The sea clamps on the hose arent ideal for your boat. Can cause scratches on the fiberglass. The hose was leaking and some damage spots on the hose. You advertise for a boating area. May I suggest putting bumpers on your dock posts for boats tied up to your dock. The tide changes alot over there. Your fish cleaning station should probably be redone/replaced. The power down at the dock was skeptical as the outlets where burnt (didnt look operational) I never tried it as I didnt want to damage my boat. Just in case. There was a few places in the house that did have ghost ants. We had to kill a few of them. Overall the place was great and roomy for everyone. Great location and quick access to the inlet, the beach and everything close by. Very open concept with great lighting and inviting.

Had a great stay. House was as advertised. Great to cool off in the pool after finishing all day. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. BBQ grill worked great. Mike was very helpful. Will definitely book hose again.
