We loved this spot. As close to the beach as it can be in Ft. Pierce. Easy check in and check out. Richard is very responsive and a perfect host. House has multiple separate dwellings, but it is quiet, spread out, and not a concern. We actually made friends with one of the other families from Peru; they brought over some of their dinner! Weber grill; we didn't use, but they sure did:)
We will stay here again. Hope to get the entire place with a larger group of our friends. Well stocked with nice appliances and cookware. Not a single complaint!
It is Fort Pierce; slower paced, so not your high end place, but so wonderful for a stress free weekend. Walked into restaurants, listened to local bands, had great fresh seafood, and truly enjoyed it. Just the best!

The Beach House was wonderful. It was pleasant, clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach was just a short walk, and local dining was outstanding. Check-in and initial entry was effortless, and checkout was easy. The owners were responsive and always helpful. We had a marvelous time.

Unfortunately our visit to this property was not what we expected due to other renters on the property who were irresponsible with their partying. We were scheduled for a two night stay, but the first night the sheriff had to be called out several times to break up a large gathering and to remove unwanted people from the property. This was all reported to the management company in detail. The property itself had one set of broken blinds and a broken closet door - both reported to the management company also. The location is close to the beach and the remainder of the property was adequate - we just did not get the chance to experience as we left early the next morning due to the previous nights events.
