Casa Serena in Petrognano is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The house is spread over two floors and features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. You have Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and washing machine at your disposal. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens for added comfort. A cot and high chair are available on request. The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
Outside, you will find a private area with a garden, open terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Just 300 metres from the house, a private garden reserved for guests awaits you, equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, and parasols.
The house is located in Petrognano, a hamlet of Capannori, in a hillside setting surrounded by greenery. Nearby, you can visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, Villa Torrigiani, and Villa Reale. Parking is available in a private courtyard. The property is accessible via a scenic unpaved road, which should be driven slowly and with care. A vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended. The hillside location ensures absolute tranquillity, privacy, and beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The nearest shops are 7 km away. We recommend stocking up on groceries and breakfast items before arrival. Recycling bags are provided on site. Families with children are welcome. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed on request. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. Additional cleaning is available for an extra fee.

The house is built in the traditional Tuscan style and beautifully situated, overlooking a valley and commanding impressive views. The representative/ hostess was extremely helpful, and, spike good English. There was a selection of wines available at a reasonable 7.00 a bottle, though guests are advised to stock up with supplies before arriving, particularly for breakfast the next morning. Two slight niggles: there was a shortage of waste bins: one small one the the kitchen for organic waste, and one in the bathroom. Guests are advised to bring enoug plastic bags with them for proper waste segregation.The other is a All-in-all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
