I was very impressed with the rental. Very clean and remodeled. There was a slight glitch when I arrived with the keypad, but was quickly resolved with a phone call with manager.Steps to a great tiny italian restuarant and other bistros. I then decided to rent a car to see an old friend near the bay and was pleasantly surprised to find a rental car place across the street.Again, walkable and accessible to beach, bars and bistros.

It’s in a really good area . Super quiet and check in was easy . The shower is just extremely small but other than that things were good .

Stayed here with my fiancé and really enjoyed our stay. The main perks were free parking, close distance to the beach, communications with our designated host, and overall location convenience. The one thing to be aware of is the bathroom is a bit of a tight fit. Otherwise we had a great stay. Additional perks included beach towels, snorkel gear/fins, beach chairs and umbrellas. Thank you for the great stay!

Zero communication in VRBO. All through email which went to spam folder. Check in was confusing. Didn’t realize the unit was part of a named building. Manager meet up process to get in the room was interesting. Parking is about 2 blocks away. Unit windows are not good choice for the location. Very noisy area at night. We lost a lot of sleep during the time we stayed here. Common area of hallway and elevator smelled of marijuana. Not sure if we’d stay at this place again.
