About this house rental
Folly Treehouse is one of Folly's Best! This unique customized home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with spacious living space plus an additional half bath downstairs. You will love this hip yet cozy two story beach home nestled in the trees! Both suite-style bedrooms come complete with king size beds and flat screen TVs. Downstairs ia an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Start your days with lazy breakfasts in the updated kitchen that comes complete with everything you may need to make a great meal as well as stainless steel appliances. The inviting living room lets in plenty of natural light through the tall windows and glass doors that lead out to the private wrap around deck. There is a small fenced in area and plenty of space to relax in the shade of the trees or hang out with friends and family around the grill. Please note: charcoal/propane and cleaning of grill is the responsibility of the guest.
There is even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand outside before settling in for the evening! Tucked amongst the tranquility of the trees it will be hard to believe you're just two short blocks from Center Street as well as the sand and sea! Folly Treehouse allows 3 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 80lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information). Booked this property last minute for a short trip to Folly! Property was wonderful and communication with the rental company was even better! We defiantly will be returning. House was only available for 2 nights but we wished we could have stayed longer! Best part is we got to bring our Chocolate Lab along and there was plenty of space for him to enjoy outside.
