Private gated property, 2 buildings- home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room, dinning, kitchen and living area surrounded by a southern style porch with 2 different seating areas to enjoy, outdoor kitchen and pool. Garage is a game room set up with dominoes table, pool table, Foosball table, cards and various table games. has a small kitchen, full bathroom and upstairs bedroom with a double bed. Garage is decorated as a sports bar featuring awards won by the family on 2 wheals, BMX, Dirt bike and speed bikes and furniture made with used race tires. All bedrooms and living areas equip with smart TVs and dvd players. Home has a fire pit area, a gardening area with some produce growing and a big pond. beach equipment, bicycles and lawn games are also available. Property is completely fenced and private, close the front gates and feel like you are in your own private island.

Absolutely love this place easy to get to Punta Gorda or North Charlotte. The only problem we had was there was no ice and no ice trays.

Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate!
The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! The exterior pics are before Ian and not everything is perfectly Landscaped. This property would be great during the summer. The Tiki bar & pool (not heated) as well as the pond with GIANT gold fish will be better with Spring cleaning. If we travel this way again I will stay a few days during summer and enjoy the Mancave & pool.
