About this house rental
Built in 1916, my Over/Under duplex in the heart of the city is also on the National Historic Register. You'll enjoy the convenient location between Downtown, Plaza and Westport. You'll enjoy the soft beds, quality linens, ironed pillow cases and tons of natural light. There's plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the treetop views from your sun room or the large, private deck. There's always fresh ground coffee, tea and 1/2&1/2 as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll feel rested and relaxed in this light filled, airy space but still be close enough to enjoy all the attractions of the City.

It was as promised. Courtney was a good host. Best aspect was how close it was to everything we wanted to see, both cultural and architectural. The free tram reduced car trips. My sole complaint is that 11 days after checking out, I have yet to receive my 1500 damage deposit refund.

Really nice stay. It is a well appointed upstairs apartment. Nice sheets and great kitchen with cream for coffee in the fridge. We needed a blow up bed last minute and our host came up and made up the bed for us! So nice! Highly recommend!

Fabulous 1916 property. We so enjoyed our stay. Great interiors, very clean. Extra amenities such as cream for the coffee. Highly recommend!!!
