This 500 sq. ft. daylight basement studio features a private exterior entry and is accessed through a separate door. The unit includes dedicated guest parking in the driveway and a fenced-in private patio, offering a peaceful retreat away from the main house. Please note, as this studio is located beneath a family home, some noise from above may be heard.

This property offers an excellent central Tulsa location in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to downtown, the river path, Cheery street, Utica Square, Phillbrooke, and other places on the map. The studio is tastefully appointed and comfortable. The staff responded to questions and concerns within minutes. This is an exceptionally clean and reasonably priced location. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location for our weekend getaway. Property was just as listed and the neighborhood was so pretty. We had rain for our weekend so couldn’t enjoy the lovely outdoor space. Would have been nice to have had a rug at the door to wipe our wet feet on when entering. Communication with host was exceptional.
