Lovely property and perfect for our family! The property is very clean and very comfortable. It is larger than pictured and gave everyone plenty of space. Our toddler granddaughter loved the outside fenced space and the toys & books!The kitchen was clean, well stocked and the appliances are all in good shape. Lovely views of pastoral farm life. This is one of the best properties we've stayed in through VRBO! Thank you to the hosts!

Tina was a wonderful host! My family felt very much at home in her beautifully decorated home. Tina had thought of everything! Toys, high chair, porta crib, even kid friendly plates and forks! Our granddaughter had everything she needed. There were even beach towels and beach toys for our trip to Centerville Beach. Tina answered all of my questions quickly and even apologized about the freshly fertilized neighboring field. We just thought we were smelling all the cows! If we are ever back in the Ferndale area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you again, Tina!
