Great property and hosts! Beautiful home with lots of room and amenities. Bear sightings and visits were numerous, Community was nice with excellent pool (we only visited 1 of 3). We would definitely book with Stephan and Kate again.

Our family of 7 adults really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife & having the close proximity to GSMNP. It was also great to have ample parking and bathrooms! Many enjoyed the hot tub (even in the rain), the rockers on the back deck & a fully stocked kitchen as we did cook every day. The master bed is made for back & stomach sleepers as it is very firm, but some of the others were softer. Do plan to bring any consumables as noted —especially if you plan to cook (plastic wrap, baggies, dishwasher & dish soap, storage containers, etc.). Stephan was a good and responsive host and was very attentive when we needed some help. We would recommend this property and host.

Host was a great communicator and kept us updated. Property was ok. Not a lot of great outdoor space. front is all driveway and back is accessible but very rugged. Lots of stairs. there was a bunch of trash scattered around driveway and front, probably from some local critters. Kitchen is meagerly stocked. not any options to store and leftovers like sealed containers or Tupperware. Several of the beds were pretty firm and the one we used downstairs as the primaries was uncomfortable and creaky. Felt pretty broken down. I slept on a couch to ease it for my wife. Had to move the pool table to access the other fold out couch.
