This property is well located in Nob Hill, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and comfortable. The nights were quiet. The house is well appointed and everything was in working order. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a perfect spot for us to gather, feel safe and rest in between all the fun day travels and events. We would definitely book for another stay. Our host Francisco was kind and very attentive with Greta communication efforts.

The home was very clean and very well appointed for a VRBO. The host was very responsive and easy to reach. My issue with the property is that I personally did not feel safe in the neighborhood. I drove by the property the day before my reservation as I had to stay in a hotel the first night in ABQ, so I drove by to check it out. The home is on a corner. The early afternoon I drove by, the corner had at least 8-10 police vehicles with lights flashing on the corner. It did not appear to be related to the actual rental property, but something in the neighborhood. One of the cross streets is very busy. I also felt the neighborhood seemed like it could be unsafe. The host was very responsive when I messaged him about my concerns, and assured me it was a safe neighborhood. I did not receive any sort of refund as per property guidelines, which I understood but was not pleased with. I never hung out outside on the patio. The area was also not conducive to walking as the sidewalks were in such disrepair, I ended up driving to area parks to walk. I did end up leaving earlier than I had paid for with my reservation. Overall, in my short time in ABQ as a midwesterner, I found it to be very interesting and lots to exlpore. For this property, the inside was very clean and nice and the host was very responsive, but I would not stay here again.
