A PRIVATE RETREAT IN INNSBRUCK

COZY is the private lower-level suite of a larger three-story townhome, with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces.

Once you're inside, the entire COZY space is yours. You'll have your own kitchen, living room, king suite, bathrooms, laundry, covered patio, and private hot tub.

The community amenities are conveniently located right next door:

- Seasonal community swimming pool, typically open Memorial Day through October 1
- 1 tennis court
- 4 pickleball courts

GOLF + DINING IN INNSBRUCK

Valhalla Resort and Golf Club is located within the Innsbruck community, making it easy to add a round of golf to your getaway.

Dining options at Valhalla include Caledonia, Sky Bar, and The Staghorn Grill.

Golf reservations, availability, and fees are separate from your stay and are the guest's responsibility. Restaurant hours and availability may vary.

EASY MOUNTAIN ACCESS

Enjoy a North Georgia getaway without worrying about navigating steep mountain roads to reach the property. The roads to COZY are fully paved and level, making arrival easy for all types of vehicles.

Complimentary parking is available at the property.

A NOTE ABOUT THE HOME ABOVE

COZY is the private lower level of a larger townhome, and another group may be staying on the floors above during your visit. There are no shared interior spaces, but—as with any multi-level home—you may occasionally hear footsteps or everyday household sounds from upstairs.

For added comfort, we provide earplugs and a sound machine.

PET-FREE PROPERTY

COZY is a pet-free property and is carefully maintained for guests who prefer a pet-free place to stay.

SIMPLE CHECK-IN + CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Check-in is easy, with instructions and your unique keyless-entry code sent electronically. We typically give you a quick call when COZY is ready on arrival day, then give you space to enjoy your stay while remaining available by phone or message if you need us.

After booking, you'll receive a JuBelas Rentals guest agreement confirming the reservation details, house rules, and expectations already presented with your stay.

Innsbruck also requires an HOA amenity waiver before using the community amenities. We'll provide everything you need before arrival so there are no surprises when you get here.
