色んな箇所に飲食物が置いてあり、館内は割と清潔に保たれてあった点。各部屋にウォーターサーバーも設置されていた点。離乳食も何種類か用意されていた点。オールインクルーシブだった割に、お料理、お酒類などが種類もたくさんあった点。コンセントが沢山用意されていた点。
料金に見合った満足度だった点。
エレベーターの待ち時間が長かった点。

サービスが本当に素晴らしい。
ご飯が本当にどれを食べても美味しい。
いつ何時でも食や飲みを楽しめるところに本当に感動した。景観も抜群で海が一望できるところは感動ものです。
温泉の種類が1つしかなかった点が残念。
樽風呂やジャグジーなど、お風呂も楽しめる点が欲しいのと、夜になると景観がなく、暗い闇の中で波音だけが聞こえてくる状態に少し怖さを感じた

不便なとこにあるのに。送迎バスのサービス最低
送迎バスの予約が電話のみかチェックイン時のみだと 海外携帯が使えず非常に不便で最悪でした
