The house is VERY clean and VERY well set up. The kitchen is EXTREMELY well equipped with very nice dishes, pots and pans, flatware, knives glasses of every kind and nice clean appliances. Washer and dryer clean. We only used one bed and it was comfortable and I’m picking about beds. All furniture is in great condition and clean. NO and I must repeat NO BUGS …. None. We were enchanted by the wildlife in the lawns. Many deer, birds and even a fox. All that said we would love to rent it again BUT …the steps to the dock are VERY difficult to manage. My husband could manage them and did do some fishing. I could not manage the steps. We are a young 80’s couple, active and no health problems. The cove was is quiet and lovely view of the lake. I did find the local Vrbo realtor a bit short when I called about the information they sent out ( the garbage pickup info) the info in their instructions were COMPLETELY wrong. Loved the stay there. Wish I could have gone down to the boathouse.

The property needs maintenance and the home needs a refresh. Old furniture, broken fixtures and just an overall neglected environment. The view is very nice. Dear come to visit and that’s special but their deposits need to be picked up. Watch your steps. We could be more critical but perhaps this will serve as constructive criticism to make necessary improvements to justify the near 400/night we paid.
