About this villa rental
Our Happy Place is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.
The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

We came from Los Angeles for a softball tournament and were absolutely amazed by this rental home. Everything was perfect! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable.The pool was within walking distance, which was a wonderful bonus. We completely fell in love with Utah and can’t wait to visit again. When we return, we will definitely stay in this exact rental home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Great place to stay for relaxing vacation with family and/or friends with kids. Lots of activities within the area and Snow Canyon is close by for outdoor recreation.Good kitchen amenities and tools for our family who doesn't eat out.

I decided to take my five grandkids (ages 8–16) on a little getaway while their parents were out of town—and let’s just say, expectations were high 😄. We needed plenty of beds, separate space for the teenagers, and a pool was absolutely non-negotiable.The Ledges was perfect. The layout couldn’t have been better—three bedrooms plus a loft with four full-size bunk beds and a twin bunk gave everyone their own space (and kept the peace!). The garage was stocked with games the kids loved, and I claimed the upper deck as my spot—fire going, cozy vibes, and a little quiet time.We had the best stay and truly enjoyed every minute. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We’ve come here 3 times now. We love it! I love the views of and proximity to snow canyon. It’s just such a lovely area but still only 15 minutes from everywhere we go when we visit St George. We love the pool. This place fits our needs so well. We love that there are two masters for our two families. 12 of us total. We love the balcony with beautiful lights. The soft couch around the fire pit is just perfect and fits all of us! We all fit at the table too. It’s easy to find a place that sleeps a lot but not always easy to find a place that also seats everyone at a table and other places. We’ll be back next year.
