The main floor features an open-concept living area with sweeping water views that extend out over a large sun deck. This level includes a master bedroom with a King bed and TV, as well as a second bedroom with a California King and TV. Both rooms share a convenient hallway bathroom.
The lower level offers a third bedroom with two twin beds, a TV, and direct pool patio access, along with a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Step outside to your private tropical oasis. The heated pool and expansive deck provide plenty of space to relax, dine, and gather. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. The house was clean and located in a great location near beach, shopping and restaurants. Check in and out was easy. The view and pool were awesome!

Location was perfect on the quieter side of the island. Beach and pool were great & our teens spent most of their time outside and riding bikes all over the island. Short walk to City Pier. Location made this a great spot for a family/friend vacation.
